This week the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) and its co-plaintiffs agreed to stay, or put on hold, the lawsuit filed to force the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to take action to reduce pollution to have the Chesapeake Bay removed from the nation’s impaired waters list.

The 14th annual Wings and Wheels 2009 car and air event at Hummel Field in Topping had a total of 180 vehicles on display along with several aircraft, seven fire-fighting vehicles, and one military vehicle. Attendance was estimated at 3,200.
