Council & developer to make 3rd try at settlement
The Urbanna Town Council and would-be condominium developer Potomac Timber Investments will have one more chance to work out details of a site plan for 14 proposed condominiums on Urbanna Creek. If they cannot agree, Potomac Timber’s lawsuit will go to trial.
