Police return majority of town’s financial records
Most of the Town of Urbanna’s financial records that were seized by Virginia State Police in June were returned last week, said town attorney Andy Bury. However, Virginia State Police Special Agent Accountant Jennifer S. Brown kept a portion of those records, said Bury.

In a letter to supervisors, Dr. James C. Pyne, Chief of the Small Communities Division of HRSD, said his board has directed staff to begin analyzing what plans are feasible for a sewage plant to be located in the central part of Middlesex, and specifically to investigate the possibility of sanitary service districts in this area of the county and possibly others.
