Condo lawsuit court hearing due Monday
The Potomac Timber Investments’ lawsuit against the Urbanna Town Council is scheduled for a hearing in Middlesex Circuit Court on Monday, December 20, at 9:30 a.m. The docket indicates 3 hours have been set aside for the hearing before Judge R. Bruce Long.

Supervisors have no plans to build sewage treatment plant in Saluda
The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to send a letter to the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) that the county is currently not interested in committing to a central sewage treatment system that would serve the courthouse complex and surrounding Saluda area.
