Feral cat concerns get airing here
Urbanna’s feral cat colonies were the subject of a “special called meeting” of the Urbanna Town Council on Thursday, April 6. Only three members of council showed up—Larry Chowning, George DeVries and Diane Gravatt—who set up the meeting. Mayor Steve Hollberg, a CPA, said via email that he was very busy because this is tax season and would not attend.
