Boy Scouts to collect items for troops overseas
imageOn Saturday, June 12, Boy Scouts from Troop 341 of Middlesex will be stationed throughout the county collecting personal care items, individually-wrapped food items, and other needed items to support the Adopt-a-Chaplain Program, which is dedicated to supporting our military through the ministries of chaplains.

Brothers bonded by golf

Colonial Maritime Festival to feature York Orchestra
imageWhether the sound of rattling cutlasses, the fire of muskets, the chant of sea chanteys or the full, lush sound of a symphony playing nautical music gets your blood pumping, there’ll be plenty of all these sounds on Saturday, June 5, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. when the Deltaville Maritime Museum hosts its first Colonial Maritime Festival.
