Urbanna Farmers’ Market is Saturday

The Urbanna Farmers’ Market will be this Saturday, August 10, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in Taber Park on Rappahannock Avenue in Urbanna. Once again there will be a great variety of fresh produce, artisan breads, homemade honey, Angus beef, goat cheese and many great arts and crafts. Bake sales, breakfast biscuits, hot dogs and hamburgers also will be featured.

The Middlesex County Public Library will once again be selling tickets for their fund-raising Library Lottery. Tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100, with the winner winning up to $10,000. The drawing will be held on August 31.
