In mid-December, the Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts (RFA) moved its office from the Bank of Lancaster in White Stone to a new location in the Select Properties of Virginia building in Irvington.

Building owner Doug Dorsey welcomed RFA board members at their first meeting of the year on January 30.

Kathleen Pollard, RFA office administrator, said she is pleased with the new office space and urges visitors to stop by and say hello. RFA has a new telephone number, 804-438-6555, and a new address, 4513 Irvington Road, Irvington.

RFA will continue its On Stage season at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 21, with “The Soul of Flamenco” featuring the dancers of Vivo Flamenco Carlota Santana. The performance is sponsored by Select Properties of Virginia.

On Stage 2013-2014 is sponsored by Chesapeake Investment Group and in part by the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts. For information and tickets, visit or call the RFA office.
