Jackson Creek Cruise is Friday night
|‘Merchants Nights’ are Dec. 11–12|
The annual Jackson Creek Holiday Light Cruise sponsored by the Deltaville Community Association will be held Friday, December 12.
Tours are at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., with hayrides departing from the DCA building and arriving at the public pier on Jackson Creek.
Three local boats will take people on a tour of Jackson Creek and back to the public pier. Hayrides will transport people back to the DCA building where they can enjoy refreshments and visits with Santa.
Each boat tour is limited to only 60 seats.
Advance tickets ($5) may be purchased at Deltaville NAPA (776-9020), Nauti Nell’s (776-9811), and J&W Seafood. Children under age 12 are admitted free. However, donations for the DCA are always appreciated.
Those who live on Lovers Lane or on Jackson Creek are asked to decorate for the event. The DCA will recognize decorating winners for both Lovers Lane and Jackson Creek.
