On Saturday, July 5, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. retired U.S. Navy Capt. Alexander G. “Sandy” Monroe will be at the Middlesex County Museum & Historical Society Inc. at 777 General Puller Highway in Saluda for a book signing.
