The Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department (HVFD) recently received a donation of 30 reflective safety vests with the help of Wish Upon a Hero, a non-profit organization that connects individuals and organizations in need.

The bright safety vests are required by law to be worn when working at a vehicle accident or structure fire, and within the vicinity of a federal highway right-of-way.

Through Wish Upon a Hero, an anonymous donor sent the vests, stating, “It is our pleasure and honor to help the Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department.”
