Family Day and Fly-in to feature 6 bluegrass bands
The 10th Annual Bluegrass Family Day and Fly-in will be held Saturday, June 28, from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Middle Peninsula Regional Airport in King and Queen County.
There will be food, refreshments, a silent auction, children’s activities, bounce house, slide, clown face painting, balloon art, pony and plane rides, a fire and rescue equipment display, antique tractors and equipment, a car and bike show, sky divers, Life EVAC display, vendors and crafts.
The event is held in memory of Mary Ann Clements.
Joining the celebration this year will be representatives of the American Cancer Society (ACS), Lower King and Queen Fire-EMS, Fulcrum Concepts LLC, and the Middle Peninsula Regional Airport. The event will benefit the ACS and fire-EMS.
There will be six bluegrass bands to enjoy throughout the day.
The public is invited to come early for the all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast from 7:30-9:30 a.m.

No alcohol will be allowed on the airport grounds.
