Clayton Neal and Gary Archer to headline ‘For the Love of Music’

Gary Archer

Even though the nights are still chilly, warmth will emanate from the Middlesex County Woman’s Club (MCWC) on Saturday, March 25, when the club welcomes local vocal artists, Clayton Neal and Gary Archer to a special night of music.

“Many of you are familiar with the winter concert, ‘For the Love of Music.’ This year promises to be a special year with the return of Clayton and Gary,” said a MCWC spokesperson. “Come hear old favorites from both musicians, individually, and also experience their combined talents and voices.”
For those not familiar with For the Love of Music, artists are invited on one special night to the Woman’s Club to regale the audience with their special sound and to combine with those other artists for an impromptu mingling of their voices.

The acoustic concert will take place at the Woman’s Club building on Virginia Street in Urbanna. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at Cyndy’s Bynn, R.S. Bristow Store and Lowe Tide, or by calling Brenda Wiley at 804-919-1335. Get your tickets early. Tickets are limited to only a one-night performance.

Proceeds from the concert benefit local charity organizations adopted by the Middlesex Woman’s Club.
