Black History program Thursday night

The Middlesex County Museum and Historical Society will present a program for Black History Month in the courtroom of the Middlesex County Historic Courthouse on Thursday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. The community is invited to attend Rashard J. Wright, assistant superintendent of schools in Middlesex County, will be the guest speaker. His topic will be “Cultural Context and Courageous Conversations: A Reflection.”

The Middlesex County Museum also will honor the memory of Josh Holmes by placing a name plate on his portrait in the courthouse.
