‘Cyrus McCormick & the Reapers’ play Saturday
If you want to go back to the 1950s and 60s with its do-whoop and early rock-and-roll music, St. Clare Walker Middle School is the place to be this Saturday, June 25, at 7:30 p.m. The Middlesex County Public Library will proudly present “Cyrus McCormick and the Reapers” for its third performance in as many years.
Water View Independence Day festivities Saturday
The Upper Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department in Water View will hold its annual Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, June 25, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Water View Firehouse. The public is invited to attend the parade, children’s carnival, crafts, food, and closest-to-the-pin contest for golfers, and a spectacular fireworks show.
Concert in Urbanna Saturday
"Stone Stew" will be in concert from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, in Taber Park in Urbanna. The concert and the public is encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
