On Stage to present Williams duo Saturday
The Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts will present “Robin and Linda Williams and Their Fine Group” on Saturday, March 14. The “On Stage” concert, sponsored by Wachovia Securities, will begin at 8 p.m. at the Lancaster Middle School Theater in Kilmarnock.

Schmalenberger is YMCA Volunteer of the Year
At the annual meeting of the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA at the Hampton Coliseum Convention Center on Feb. 19, Carolyn Schmalenberger of Deltaville was named the Volunteer of the Year of the Middlesex Family YMCA.
First Responder Class begins April 2 in Urbanna
The First Responder program is the first in the series of Virginia certifications that leads to being a Paramedic. It is a 40-hour (minimum) class that prepares one to respond to medical emergencies and injuries in a knowledgeable and capable way, and stabilizing a patient until the ambulance arrives.
‘The Piano Man’ is coming to Middlesex
