In execution of a deed of trust signed by Jerry W. Ferguson, dated February 26, 2008, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia as Instrument #080000447 on February 26, 2008; and in execution of a deed of trust signed by Jerry W. Ferguson, dated July 2, 2007, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia as Instrument #070001752 on July 10, 2007, granting and conveying to L. McCauley Chenault and Alexander F. Payne, III, Land Surveyor, dated August 15, 1995, which plat is recorded in the Middlesex County Circuit Court Clerk’s office in Plat Book “13”, page 25.
The sale is subject to conditions, convenants, restrictions, reservations, party wall rights, easements, rights of way and other matters of record applicable to the property, and the real estate taxes from the date of the sale.
