All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Jamaica Magisterial District, Middlesex County, Virginia, containing, according to survey, 2.56 acres, more or less, and being further shown as “Lot 4G” on that certain plat of survey entitled “Preliminary Division of Parcel 4 of Pirates Bluff” made by Stanley E. Payne, III, Land Surveyor, dated August 15, 1995, which plat is recorded in the Middlesex County Circuit Court Clerk’s office in Plat Book “13”, page 25.
The sale is subject to conditions, convenants, restrictions, reservations, party wall rights, easements, rights of way and other matters of record applicable to the property, and the real estate taxes from the date of the sale.

A deposit of 10% of the sales price by bank’s cashier’s check payable to the Trustee may be required of the successful bidder at the time of sale, with the balance due within fifteen (15) days of sale. PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Perkins Creek Association, LLC has applied for a revised permit from the Marine Resources Commission to maintenance dredge 6,659 cubic yards of subaqueous material to provide maximum depths of minus 3 1/2 feet at mean low water within Perkins Creek and the entrance channel of Perkins Creek, a tributary of the Rappahannock River in Middlesex County. The sandy portion of the dredged material is proposed to be placed as beach nourishment along the north side of the Peninsula that formerly supported the Lord Mott cannery and that is now owned by the Williamson family at the end of Lord Mott Road. The balance of the dredged material is proposed to be disposed of on the upland in “Geotube” bags and subsequently hauled off the property after de-watering.
