TERMS OF SALE: Neither the Substitute Trustee nor the holder of the note secured by the deed of trust will deliver possession of the property to the successful bidder. The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year.
It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant is not a resident of this Commonwealth and the Defendant’s last known address is unknown, the Defendant’s present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is without effect, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before January 2, 2013 and protect her interests herein.
And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Southside Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Middlesex, Virginia. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herein.
