Notice is hereby given that Mill Creek Harbor Association, Inc., has applied for a permit from the Marine Resources Commission to replace an existing 70-foot long timber groin with a 70-foot long stone groin with a 6-foot terminal spur at property along the Piankatank River at the end of Tranquility Lane in Middlesex County.
