TERMS OF SALE: All Cash. A cash bidder’s deposit of 10% of the successful bid (in the form of a cashier’s check made payable to the Trustee) shall be required at the time of settlement. The permit will limit the following pollutants to amounts that protect water quality: nutrients, organic matter, and solids. This facility is subject to the requirements of 9 VAC 25-820 and has registered for coverage under the General VPDES Watershed Permit Regulation for Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus Discharges and Nutrient Trading in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed in Virginia.
