Hardwick II, Trustee, dated April 20, 2005, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia, in Deed Book 411, Page 337, appointment of substitute trustee having been recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 09-2554, the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the steps of the Middlesex County Courts and Office Building, Saluda, Virginia, on the 12th day of January, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in Pinetop Magisterial District, Middlesex County, containing 2.030 acres, more or less, and shown on a certain survey entitled, “Family Division of the property of Corey Morrissette”, prepared by Payne and Associates, Stanley E.
