In execution of a Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2009, from J&B Properties, LLC, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia as Instrument Number 090001575, granting and conveying property therein described in trust to Elizabeth B.
