In execution of a certain Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) dated March 15, 2007, recorded March 20, 2007, in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court of the County of Gloucester, Virginia, as Instrument #070002161 securing a loan which was in an original sum of $184,875.00, default having been made under the Deed of Trust, the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee, pursuant to the request of the holder the Note thereby secured, after giving not less than fourteen (14) days prior written notice thereof to the owners of the above described property, of the date, time, place and terms of the sale, will offer for sale at public auction.
