In execution of a deed of trust dated August 21, 2007, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, County of Middlesex, Virginia, as Instrument No. 070002145, default having occurred in the payment of the debt secured thereby, and being requested to do so by the holder of the note secured thereby, the undersigned substitute trustee (“Trustee”) will offer for sale at public auction at the front entrance of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia, 73 Bowden Street, Saluda, Virginia, on Friday, July 23, 2010, at 11:30a.m. the unimproved real property briefly described as 7.6± acres off Waterview Road (State Route 640), located in Water View, Virginia, in Middlesex County, as more particularly described in such deed of trust to which reference is hereby made for a more complete description. PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing will convene at 9:30a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at the office of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC), 2600 Washington Avenue, 4th floor, Newport News, to review an application submitted by Hunton Creek Improvement Association seeking authorization from VMRC to remove a damaged timber jetty and construct 246 linear feet of riprap jetty along the western side of the Hunton Creek entrance channel in Middlesex County. The project will require a Coastal Primary Sand Dune/ Beach permit and a subaqueous permit.

Notice is hereby given that Clyde Gauldin has applied for a permit from the Marine Resources Commission to construct 150 linear feet of riprap marsh toe sill with sand placed landward of the sill to support the planting of wetland vegetation adjacent to his property situated along Sturgeon Creek at 928 Robins Point Avenue in Middlesex County.
