Notice is hereby given that John E. McPherson has applied for a permit from the Marine Resources Commission to dredge 7,000 cubic yards of material from an existing channel and boat basin to restore and deepen to minus ten (-10) feet at mean low water, and excavate 900 cubic yards of sediment from a sand trap area adjacent to the channel at property on Fishing Bay at 471 Stove Point Road in Middlesex County. The material will be pumped and hauled to a previously authorized, contained upland disposal site across Stove Point Road from the location of the dredging.
