PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing will convene at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at the office of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC), 2600 Washington Avenue, 4th Floor, Newport News, to review an application submitted by Ruby DeBoe seeking authorization from VMRC to install 25 linear feet of quarry stone riprap in front of an existing timber bulkhead on a beach at property at the confluence of the Piankatank River and Chesapeake Bay at 450 Gillim Road in Middlesex County. The project will require a Coastal Primary Sand Dunes and Beaches permit.

PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing will convene at 9:30a.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at the office of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC), 2600 Washington Avenue, 4th Floor, Newport News, to review an application submitted by Fernand Baruch Jr., seeking authorization from VMRC to extend an existing stone breakwater 40 feet, install 75 linear feet of quarry stone riprap revetment, install 150 linear feet of quarry stone riprap sill, and nourish behind the sill with 400 cubic yards of sand material which has accumulated on the property near an existing pier at property on the Rappahannock River at 938 Plainview Road in Middlesex County. The project will require both a Subaqueous Permit and a Coastal Primary Sand Dunes and Beaches permit.
