ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this Suit is to effect partition among the owners by sale or otherwise of all of those certain pieces or parcels of land, together with all improvements thereon, designated among the land records of Middlesex County, Virginia as a portion of Tax Map # 19E-(1)-205 and, situated in Saluda Magisterial District, Middlesex County, Virginia, and more specifically designated as follows:
PARCEL I
ALL those certain lots or parcels of land situate in Saluda Magisterial District, Middlesex County, Virginia, lying near Urbanna on Malvern Hill, shown and designated as Lots 110 through 131 inclusive and Lots 194 through 204 inclusive as shown on a plat of survey entitled “Map of Malvern Hill” by W. H. Stiff, C.E., dated October 28, to November 5, 1925, which is recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Middlesex County, Virginia in Deed Book 48, Page 197, reference to same being made for a more particular description.
PARCEL II
ALL of those certain pieces or parcels of land located in Saluda Magisterial District, Middlesex County, Virginia, near Urbanna, being more particularly shown and described as “Lincoln Avenue,” “Washington Street,” “Hill Street” and an unnamed 20 foot street extending from “Lincoln Avenue” in a generally Northerly direction and running between Lots 206 through 210 which lay on the Eastern side of said street and Lots 211 and 212, which lies on the Western side of said street as shown on a plat of survey prepared by W. H. Stiff, C.E., entitled “Map of Malvern Hill” dated October 28 to November 5, 1925, a copy of which is of record in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Middlesex County, Virginia in Deed Book 48, Page 197. (hereinafter “Subject Property”).
The property which is the subject of this litigation is a portion of property that was initially acquired by J. E. Richwine and Lewis Jones, be Deed dated November 10, 1925, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia (hereinafter “Clerk’s Office”) in Deed Book 48, at Page 195.
Laura W. Stamp, f/k/a Laura W. Jones conveyed the interest she acquired in the subject property unto the Plaintiff by Deed dated March 8, 2006 recorded in the Clerk’s Office on March 13, 2006 as Instrument No. 06-0000603.
By Deeds dated April 17, 2012, recorded in the Clerk’s Office on May 17, 2012, as Instrument Nos. 120000939 and 120000940, Alice B. Richwine, Successor Trustee, Amy S. Richwine, Successor Trustee, Beth A. Richwine, Successor Trustee and David M. Richwine, Successor Trustee of the DAVID A. RICHWINE TRUST under the ALICE B. AND DAVID A. RICHWINE REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, dated April 6, 2000, conveyed the interest of David A. Richwine in the subject property unto the Plaintiff.
Any remaining interests in the subject property would be vested in the heirs, devisees, successors or assigns of J. E. Richwine and Lewis Jones, not acquired by the Plaintiff as hereinabove set forth.
The Complaint states that there are or may be persons interested in the subject property whose names are unknown and making them Respondents by the general description of Parties Unknown, and an affidavit having been made and filed that their names are unknown and their last known addresses are unknown, such unknown parties being the heirs, devisees, or successors in title of J. E. Richwine, Grace R. Bristow, Margaret S. Richwine, Maria Jones Palmer and John E. Richwine.
It is ORDERED that the said persons made Respondents by the general description of Parties Unknown do appear before the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia, on August 15, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. to identify themselves, and to do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Southside Sentinel, a newspaper having general circulation in Middlesex County, Virginia.

In this proceeding, Alfa Specialty Insurance Corporation (“Alfa”), seeks a declaration that it has no obligation to defend or indemnify Alberto Bojorquez Santos (“Santos”) for any claims presented against him arising out of an automobile accident that occurred on June 22, 2011, between Alberto Santos and Andrew R. Bernstein (“Bernstein”), on Powhite Parkway near Forest Hill Avenue. Bernstein has filed a lawsuit against Santos alleging that Santos’ negligence resulted in injuries to Bernstein.
It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the defendant, Alberto Bojorquez Santos, cannot be found and that diligence has been used by and on behalf of Alfa to ascertain the location of Santos without effect:
Finding it proper to do so, it is ORDERED that Alberto Bojorquez Santos appear within 10 days after due publication of this Order, in the Clerk’s Office of this Court, and do what may be necessary to protect his interests in this cause, and it is further ORDERED that if Santos desires to assert any objection or defense to the decree that Alfa owes him no duty to defend or indemnify him for any claims arising out of the accident mentioned above or to the jurisdiction of the Court to hear the case he shall file his answer and grounds of defense specifying the grounds of any objection or defense to the absence of insurance coverage available to him or to the jurisdiction of the Court to hear the case.

The object of this Suit is to effect partition among the owners by sale of the property briefly described as follows:
PARCEL A
ALL that certain parcel of land briefly described as 171.638 acres +/-, lying and being in Middlesex County, Virginia and more accurately described on the survey of Tomlin & Keyser, Land Surveyors, dated April 19, 2012, said plat is attached to this Complaint as Exhibit “A”.
PARCEL B
ALL that certain parcel of land briefly described as 34.00 acres +/-, lying and being in Middlesex County, Virginia and more accurately described on the survey of Tomlin & Keyser, Land Surveyors, dated April 19, 2012, said plat is attached to this Complaint as Exhibit “A”.
The property which is the subject of this suit is the property obtained by James W. Taylor and Dolly W. Taylor by several deeds, copies of which are recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, VA.
James W. Taylor, by his Last Will and Testament left a one-half undivided interest in the Revis Farm property to his daughter, Barbara Taylor Lowrance and her children, Terry Lowrance, David Lowrance and Steven Lowrance and a one-half undivided interest to the heirs at law of his wife, Dolly W. Taylor.
Dolly W. Taylor, by her Last Will and Testament directed that the 205.638 acres which is the subject of this suit, be offered for sale to Bill Taliaferro, Bryant Taliaferro and David Taliaferro, if they should desire to purchase the property from the estate at the appraised value, and said proceeds from sale are to be distributed, one-half to her surviving nieces and nephews, per capita and one-half to her stepdaughter, Barbara G. Lowrance and Barbara G. Lowrance’s children, per capita.
The Complaint states that there are or may be persons interested in the subject property whose names are unknown and making them Defendants by the general description of Parties Unknown and their last known addresses are unknown, such unknown parties being the heirs, devisees, or successors in title of Dolly W. Taylor and James W. Taylor.
It is ORDERED that said persons made Defendants by the general description of Parties Unknown do appear before the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia on September 5, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., to identify themselves, and to do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Southside Sentinel, a newspaper having general circulation in Middlesex County, Virginia.
