The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Middlesex, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Middlesex, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 26-45
Account No. 10199
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situated in Saluda Magisterial District for Middlesex County, Virginia, containing 1.0166 acres, more or less, near but not fronting on the western side of Route 17 Bypass as shown on a plat of survey prepared by Dalton D. Brownley, Jr., L.S., dated March 15, 2010, entitled Boundary Line Adjustment Survey for Michael A. & Catherine G. Eades, a copy which is of record in this Court in PC 2 at Slide 23-7 and 23-8.
BEING the same real property conveyed to W. Ryland Jessie, Jr. and Carol Jessie, husband and wife, from Michael A. Eades and Catherine G. Eades, husband and wife, by Deed dated December 28, 2006 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for Middlesex County, Virginia as Instrument Number 100000486.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 223 at Page 161, Deed Book 223 at Page 165, Deed Book 143 at Page 311, Deed Book 143 at Page 245, Deed Book 74 at Page 21, Deed Book 143 at Page 315, Deed Book 130 at Page 204, Deed Book 143 at Page 309, Deed Book 143 at Page 552, Deed Book 143 at Page 745, Deed Book 75 at Page 214, Deed Book 100 at Page 610.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: William Ryland Jessie, Jr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 12519 General Puller Highway, Hartfield, Virginia 23071; Carol C. Jessie, whose last known address is 12519 General Puller Highway, Hartfield, Virginia 23071; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 26, 2016 at 9:30am in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Middlesex, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Middlesex, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Middlesex, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 297
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land lying in the Jamaica Magisterial District for Middlesex County, Virginia, containing 10.00 acres, more or less, lying on the public road leading from Burch and Cardwell’s Mill to Royal Oak, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner of the land now or formerly of Chris Davis’ land on the said public road; thence up said public road towards Royal Oak, a distance of 2.50 acres; thence back in a line parallel with the line between lands now or formerly of Chris Davis and Richard Bagby, far enough to make the tract herein conveyed 10.00 acres; thence to the Chris Davis line; thence out along the Chris Davis line to the public road, the place of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of land conveyed to Teddy Roosevelt Bagby and Careda Bagby, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, by Deed dated June 25, 1953 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for Louisa County, Virginia in Deed Book 67 at Page 210.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of land conveyed to Edsel Bagby, containing 1.00 acres, more or less, by Deed dated September 12, 1962 and recorded in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 81 at Page 219.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of land conveyed to Howard King and Rachel Jane King, containing 0.63 acres, more or less, by Deed dated May 16, 1972 and recorded in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 95 at Page 596.
BEING the same real property conveyed to Roosevelt Bagby from Richard Bagby, by Deed dated October 31, 1934 and recorded in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 51 at Page 473.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 73 at Page 101 and Deed Book 64 at Page 135.
