ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to quiet title to certain real estate located in the Pinetop Magisterial District, Middlesex County, Virginia, being 1.721± ac., Rt. 625, 106 Barricks Mill Road, Topping, Virginia, tax map #38-303B. This lot was once acquired by Edward L. Jeffers and Alma M. Jeffers, both now deceased, and following a partition suit in this county (CL 14-90), title was vested in the above named Plaintiffs and Defendant. The whereabouts of Kari Allyson Jeffers are unknown, and it is further unknown where she lives, whether she is alive or dead, nor is it known who her heirs or devisees might be.
An Affidavit has been made and signed that the Defendant may or may not be alive, may or may not be non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, that her whereabouts are unknown, that heirs-at-law or devisees, if any, are unknown, and that there may be other parties unknown, parties under a disability, or parties who may be incompetent, after diligent inquiry was made to ascertain such information.
IT IS ORDERED that KARI ALLYSON JEFFERS, or any heirs-at-law or devisees claiming under her, Parties Unknown, Parties Under A Disability, or Parties Incompetent, if any, their heirs, or successors in title, if any, appear before the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia, Mathews, Virginia, on June 20, 2018 at 9:30 AM, to identify themselves, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
IT IS ORDERED that this Order be published once each week for four successsive weeks in the Southside Sentinel, Urbanna, Virginia.
