The Historic and Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 6, 2017, at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers, 45 Cross Street, Urbanna VA 23175 to consider 1.) Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2017-HARB-05, Lewis Hall, 120 Watling Street (20A-1-81), to renovate and enlarge the front porch/entryway of the residence; and 2.)
