The Historic and Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 27, 2018, at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers, 45 Cross Street, Urbanna, VA 23175 to consider 1.) Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2018-HARB-04, Price Properties, 55 Cross Street (Tax Map #20A-1-102), install awnings over the front windows of the structure. 2). PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Council Chambers, 45 Cross Street on Special Use Permit Application #2018-SUP-01, filed by Rok-Fish Grill/Chesapeake Bay Brewing Company, 240 Virginia Street, Urbanna, Virginia (20A-1-52) to operate a restaurant and brewery on those premises. The Urbanna Town Council will consider the recommendation by the Planning Commission for issuance of the Special Use Permit at their meeting on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, 45 Cross St. The public is invited to share their comments on the application at the meeting.
