1. The rent on said PREMISES has been due and unpaid for at least 90 consecutive days, and LANDLORD believes that TENANT is deceased and said PREMISES is abandoned.
2. LANDLORD may declare said PREMISES abandoned and remove TENANT’s possessions from said PREMISES and dispose of said possessions unless within 10 days after LANDLORD has posted this notice on said PREMISES.
TENANT’s Heirs either:
a. Pays the rent in full, or
b. Writes to LANDLORD stating that Tenant’s Heirs have not abandoned said PREMISES.

TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold “AS IS,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights of way, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust to be announced at the time of sale. A deposit of $21,000.00, or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, in cash or cashier’s check payable to the SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE will be required at the time of sale. Environmental Permit
PURPOSE OF NOTICE: To seek public comment on a draft permit from the Department of Environmental Quality that will allow the release of treated wastewater into a water body in Middlesex County, Virginia.
Public comment period: May 16, 2019 to June 17, 2019
PERMIT NAME: Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit – Wastewater issued by DEQ, under the authority of the State Water Control Board

FACILITY NAME and LOCATION: Norview Marina; 18691 General Puller Highway, Deltaville, VA 23043.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Galahad Marine Services of Virginia, LLC has applied for reissuance of a permit for the private Norview Marina. The applicant proposes to release treated sewage wastewaters from showers and restrooms at a rate of 20,000 gallons per day into a water body. The sludge will be held in a holding tank and disposed of by a licensed contractor. The facility proposes to release the treated sewage in Broad Creek in Middlesex County in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. A watershed is the land area drained by a river and its incoming streams. The permit will limit the following pollutants to amounts that protect water quality: nutrients, organic matter, bacteria, chlorine, and solids.
HOW TO COMMENT AND/OR REQUEST A PUBLIC HEARING: DEQ accepts comments and requests for public hearing hand-delivery, by e-mail, fax or postal mail. All comments and requests must be in writing and be received by DEQ during the comment period. Submittals must include the names, mailing addresses and telephone numbers of the commenter/requester and of all persons represented by the commenter/requester. A request for public hearing must also include: 1) The reason why a public hearing is requested. 2) A brief, informal statement regarding the nature and extent of the interest of the requester or of those represented by the requestor, including how and to what extent such interest would be directly and adversely affected by the permit. 3) Specific references, where possible, to terms and conditions of the permit with suggested revisions. A public hearing may be held, including another comment period, if public response is significant, based on individual requests for a public hearing, and there are substantial, disputed issues relevant to the permit.
