Notice is hereby given that Garland Garrett has applied for a permit from the Marine Resources Commission to construct 150 linear feet of vinyl sheet-pile bulkhead a maximum of 2 feet channelward of an existing timber bulkhead and replace two (2) 130-foot long timber groins with new, 80-foot long groins at property on the Piankatank River at 328 Stove Point Road in Middlesex County.
