PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Moore Creek Channel Association, LLC has requested authorization from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to maintenance dredge 306 cubic yards of sandy material from the mouth of the Moore’s Creek Channel to maximum depths of minus seven (-7) feet at mean low water, with placement on the adjacent shoreline and upland property, and raise the elevation of the east jetty by eighteen (18) inches to prevent future wash-over near the end of Moore’s Point Road in Middlesex County.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Middlesex, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Middlesex, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 37A-5-65
Account No. 320
ALL that certain lot or parcel of land, together with all ways, easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, located in Pinetop Magisterial District in Middlesex County, Virginia, near Hartfield, designated as Lot 65 in Section C, substantially bounded as follows: West by Lot No. 64, East by Lot No. 66, North by Lot No. 56 and South by Greenway Drive as shown on said plat of survey entitled, “Piankatank Shores - Section C”, prepared by Frank E. Miner, C.L.S, dated October 23, 1962 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia in Deed Book 81 at Page 301.

BEING the same real property conveyed to Clarence L. Baines and Norma J. Baines, husband and wife, from Mason’s Development Corporation, by Deed dated December 10, 1964 and recorded December 30, 1969 in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 92 at Page 111.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 81 at Page 298, Deed Book 82 at Page 109, Deed Book 105 at Page 456, Deed Book 81 at Page 301.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Clarence Lee Baines, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Kevin Baines, 1917 Jenkins Neck Road, Hayes, VA 23072; Norma Jones Baines, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Kevin Baines, 1917 Jenkins Neck Road, Hayes, VA 23072; Kevin Wayne Baines, whose last known address is 1917 Jenkins Neck Road, Hayes, VA 23072; Glenda F. Baines, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Steven K. Baines, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mary Garman Baines nka Mary K. Ferrier, whose last known address is 826 Masters Trail, Newport News, VA 23602; Berry Kendall Baines, whose last known address is 13 Dorsey Road, Apt. B, Newport News, VA 23606; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 19, 2019 at 9:30 A.M. in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Middlesex, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
