The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) seeks a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical patient care and supportive public health services for the district’s Sexually Transmitted Infection and Family Planning clinics within the Three Rivers Health District. The district serves ten counties and this position is based in Gloucester County. Requires licensure as a registered nurse and certification/licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Required to maintain a valid driver’s license.

Middlesex County is seeking an energetic individual to serve as Economic Development and Tourism Coordinator. Qualified applicants seeking either part-time or full-time employment are encouraged to apply. The person in this position is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating economic development and tourism programs within the County. Work includes developing and managing content on the County’s Economic Development and Tourism websites. Employee is responsible for promoting attributes of the area, preparing reports and presentations concerning economic development and tourism activities. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management Administration, marketing, communications, business administration or closely related field and experience working in an economic development, tourism development, marketing or communication position; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Position requires computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and desktop publishing software. Possess valid Virginia Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
