Urbanna Baptist to host global simulcast event

The Women’s Missionary Union and Working Women’s Bible Study invite the public to attend a global simulcast event to be hosted by Urbanna Baptist Church on Saturday, September 14.

This live internet streaming event features life-transforming Bible teaching with popular women’s author and speaker Beth Moore, who has authored dozens of published Bible studies, books, and devotionals specifically for women for nearly two decades. Her latest LifeWay-published release, James: Mercy Triumphs, is a Bible study that equips women to put their faith in action. Moore’s organization, Living Proof Ministries, is based in Houston.

Dove Award-winning musical artist Travis Cottrell, who also serves as worship pastor of Englewood Baptist Church in Jackson, Tenn., is slated to lead worship for the event.

Ticket prices are $5 per person and include a continental breakfast and lunch. A bookstore will be available.  Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and the event concludes at 4:15 p.m.

For more information, contact Annette Greenwood at 804-824-4073, Diane Luttrell at 512-9421, or Dana Longest at 695-4606.
