Unitarians to address ‘suffering’
On Sunday, July 6, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock (UUFR), Cliff Schelling will speak on “Suffering is Optional” in which he presents a simple, straight-forward antidote to the suffering we unnecessarily create for ourselves.
Schelling is president of Performance Improvement Inc., which specializes in helping executives and their teams improve organizational results, professional competence, and personal fulfillment.
The UUFR meets every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at the Woman’s Club building in White Stone at 560 Chesapeake Drive. All are welcome and invited to stay for refreshments and conversation. Visit uufrappahannock.org for more information.
