‘How dogs help humans’ to be discussed

On Sunday, September 22, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock (UUFR),  Terri Watson, a member of UUFR will speak on “How dogs help humans to heal.”

Watson will bring her certified (TDI) therapy dog Denali (beagle) with her and talk about the human-dog bond. She will discuss what some of the research shows and share some of her personal experiences in this area, among other things.

The UUFR meets every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at 366 James Wharf Road in White Stone. All are welcome. Coffee and conversation will follow the service.
