HGBC plans Easter events

On Sunday, March 31, at 6:45 a.m., Harmony Grove Baptist Church will have an Easter Sunrise Service at Locklies Creek Marina, which is at the end of Locklies Creek Road (road beside Eckhard’s Restaurant). Coffee, juice and light refreshments will be served after the service. The public is welcome to attend and to bring a friend.

At the 11 a.m. worship service at the church, those attending will decorate the wooden cross outside the church with live flowers. The cross is visible to the public from Route 33.

“The Quartet,” comprised of Tim and Alyssa Owens and Marcus and Gina Vaughan, will sing “One Day” followed in the service by the Chancel Choir  singing “Behold He Comes.” There also will also be a baby dedication. Pastor Roger Collier will bring the Easter message. The public is invited to attend.
