Mr. Hall, a member of Philippi Christian Church in Deltaville, is known for donating his expertise to a variety of community projects, beginning with his own church. His contributions have included architectural drawings for the Middlesex Volunteer Rescue Squad facilities in Deltaville, and additional kitchen and restrooms for the Deltaville DCA building.
This past week Mr. Hall was in the office of another local professional, Dalton Brownley of Brownley Land Development of Hartfield. Dalton and his company have also assisted our local Habitat with their professional expertise. Mr. Brownley puts those stakes in the ground with those familiar flags that mark the legal boundaries of our properties. These little markers are the basis for the legal titles which are recorded at the courthouse. Dalton provides his services at a special “Habitat Discount.”
The work of these two local professionals in partnership with our local Habitat affiliate provide important behind-the-scene work. Work that is essential to meeting all the legal requirements involved, essential to providing a sound, dependable construction while, at the same time, reducing the construction costs to provide affordable housing to our community.
