Grantham ordained

Dan Grantham (left) of Urbanna was ordained into the ministry by Urbanna Baptist Church on Sunday, November 16.
Jimmy Maroney, pastor of the church, led the ceremony and presents a certificate of ordination to Grantham. The ordination sermon was delivered by the Rev. John W. (Jack) Patterson, former director of the Mid-Tidewater Baptist Association.
Others participating were Rev. John Brewster of Old New Hope Baptist Church and musicians Linda and Steve Ransone. Grantham completed seminary training this summer at the John Leland Center for Theological Studies.
