Glebe Landing bazaar set for Saturday
Glebe Landing Baptist Church in Laneview will hold an “old fashioned” bazaar on Saturday, October 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Activities include hay rides, taffy pulls, and contests with prizes.
Photos also will be taken with an antique car or horse and buggy.
Visitors can bid on silent auction items until 12:45 p.m., and there will be a drawing for a quilt that was handmade by the women of the church.
There will be plenty of foods (to taste and buy) including Brunswick stew, homemade pickles and preserves, pork chop biscuits, and homemade sausage biscuits.
