‘Cookie Walk’ is Saturday at Lower Methodist
On Saturday, Dec. 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, the Youth Group of Lower United Methodist Church on Route 33 in Hartfield will hold its annual “Christmas Cookie Walk” fundraiser.
A wide variety of homemade and hand-decorated Christmas cookies, baked by church members and friends, will be available in the fellowship hall. Visitors are welcome to purchase an empty box ($9 for a small or $17 for a large) and then “cookie walk” around the table of wonderful Christmas cookies and choose your assortment! They make great gifts and it’s a fun way to enjoy the tradition of Christmas cookies.
