Clarksbury plans community dinner

The Clarksbury United Methodist Church Men and Women will hold a Community Appreciation Beef Brisket Dinner on Saturday, September 22, from 4-6:30 p.m. (or until gone) at the church in Hardyville.

The menu will be pit-cooked beef brisket, baked potato, baked beans, roll, beverage, and homemade desserts. Once again, Pitmaster Bryan Motes will do the cooking on site.

Donations will be accepted but you do not need a dinner ticket. Come and enjoy this great dinner (eat in or take out) as Clarksbury celebrates the finalization of its “Raise the Roof Campaign.”

Call the church office at 776-6060 for more information.
