Bishop visits Christchurch School
The Rt. Rev. Shannon S. Johnston, Bishop Co-Adjutor of the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, visited Christchurch School on November 18. Dr. David Charlton, president of Church Schools in the Diocese of Virginia and a former Christchurch School headmaster, accompanied the Bishop. The visitors took part in the regular Tuesday Morning Prayer Service with students and faculty and visited classes. They then joined with the Great Journeys design team, a group of faculty and staff that develop programs and write the curriculum for the school’s Great Journeys Begin at the River program.
