Antioch to celebrate homecoming and revival
Antioch Baptist Church in Saluda will observe Homecoming Day on Sunday, August 1, during the 11 a.m. service. Rev. Fred D. Holmes Jr. of Newtown, the pastor of Antioch, will deliver the sermon and the mass choir will provide the music. Dinner will be served to all worshipers following the morning service.
The afternoon guest will be Elder Reginald Williams and the Second Mt. Olive Church family of Little Plymouth. The Second Mt. Olive Choir will provide the music.
Elder Williams also will serve as the evangelist for the 3-night revival beginning on Tuesday night and continuing through Thursday night. Preaching services will begin at 8 p.m.
All are invited to share in these services.
