Family and Friends Day is Sunday at Lebanon
Lebanon Baptist Church in Saluda will celebrate Family and Friends Day on Sunday, November 13, at 4 p.m. The speaker will be Elder Janel Young. The ministry through music will be provided by the Ebony Impact Gospel Choir of Old Dominion University.

‘The Journey’ begins Nov. 20 at Lower Church
Lower United Methodist Church, Hartfield, invites the public to travel with church members each Sunday, November 20 through December 18, as they walk through the Holy Land and retrace the steps of those involved in the birth of Jesus.


Clarksbury plans chicken dinner
The Clarksbury United Methodist Church Men will hold a chicken parmesan dinner on Saturday, November 12, from 5-7 p.m. at the church on Route 33 in Hardyville. The menu will be chicken parmesan with spaghetti, salad, homemade French bread, coffee or tea, and homemade desserts. Takeouts will be available.


All Saints Anglican Church welcomes new minister
The Reverend Jeffery Scott Johnson is the new deacon-in-charge (minister) at All Saints Anglican Church (ACC) in Saluda. He was recently appointed to this position starting November 1 by the ACC Archbishop, the Most Reverend Mark Haverland.
