Tickets on sale for December Chesapeake Chorale concerts
The Chesapeake Chorale will present “Angels We Have Heard On High-A Holiday Celebration” at 8 p.m. Saturday, December 13, at Lancaster Middle School in Kilmarnock, and 3 p.m. Sunday, December 14, at St. Clare Walker Middle School in Locust Hill.

Urbanna Methodist Church plans Christmas services
A special “Five Christmas Presents” worship service for children of all ages will be on Sunday, December 14, at 11 a.m. The church’s Terrific Thursday Kids Choir will sing, the church’s Bell Choir will ring, and five giant presents will be opened, which help tell the Christmas story.

Advent activities planned at Harmony Grove Baptist
On Sunday, December 7, at 7 p.m., the children’s choirs will present a musical program entitled “Hark the Herald Angels Sing” at Harmony Grove Baptist Church near Topping. The Cherub Choir will sing, and other youth will perform on the piano. Refreshments will follow the presentation.

Missions study program due Sunday at Hermitage Baptist
Lloyd and Connie Rodgers, former missionaries to Venezuela and Columbia, will be guest speakers at Hermitage Baptist Church at Church View on Sunday, December 7.
