Rev. Pleasant to be ordained
Rev. Sheldon K. Pleasant, senior pastor-elect at Lebanon Baptist Church in Saluda, will be ordained on Sunday, February 17, at 4 p.m. The guest for the occasion will be Rev. Dr. Earl Brown of Fifth Baptist Church in Richmond. He will be accompanied by his choir, ushers, and church family. The public is invited to attend.

At 10 a.m. on Sunday, February 17, a service to install Rev. June E. Haislip as pastor of Philippi Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Deltaville will be held in the sanctuary.
