Urbanna Baptist Day Care to participate in Trike-A-Thon
A St. Jude Trike-A-Thon event will gear up the week of April 27 at Urbanna Baptist Day Care Center. The event will help teach children riding-toy safety while raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the premier center for the research and treatment of childhood cancer and other deadly diseases.

Terminally-ill man wants to die at home
Craig Sellaro has something to live for. “Before I die, I want to get back to my family,” he said. Sellaro, 48, has lived in Middlesex County on and off since he was 7 years old. His family had a summer home at Piankatank Shores in Hartfield and he visited here often as a boy.

Lebanon to celebrate anniversary
Pastor Teresa Sutherlin will observe her anniversary in a two-day worship service at Lebanon Worship Center, Saluda, Saturday, April 25, at 5 p.m. with a concert featuring “MGM Tri-County Choir” under the direction of John Smith.
