Gospel dinner and musical to benefit The Promise Academy
Laydsing Productions LLC, in association with Shiloh Baptist Church Youth Ministry of Shiloh Baptist Church, Reedville, will present “The Men of Gospel Dinner and Musical.” The event will be held in the T.W. Morris Engagement Hall in Reedville at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 19.

Unitarians to dedicate memorial area Sunday
On Sunday, May 12, at 10:30 a.m., the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock (UUFR) will celebrate the dedication of its “Pathways of Remembrance Memorial Area” and will honor the 10 members who are currently memorialized there.

Holy Land visit described as ‘a spiritual education’
Woodland Scott, a 1963 St. Clare Walker High School graduate, and George Miller, a 1973 Middlesex High School graduate, traveled March 18-26 to the Holy Land in Israel as members of Rev. Russell Smith’s tour group.

Young adults group plans meet-and-greet event Saturday
There will be a new group forming at the Philippi Christian Church in Deltaville for young adults ages 18 to 35. The group’s goal is to provide community services to those who are in need throughout Middlesex County.
